I received this email and link to the video from an old friend and Shipmate

Here it is in it's entirety.

Very touching video!! A year ago, I stood on that same beach, with the "Les Braves" monument behind me, and the surf licking at my feet. I feel the tide of emotions well up inside me again as I watched this young man standing there, holding our nation's flag, in salute - in honor - of those who perished. Sad to think how many today don't understand the cost, and what those brave young men fought for, to spare our world of Nazi oppression...
