Terms of Use ("Terms") Last

read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before
using the http://ussrich.org/ website (the "Service") operated by
USS Rich Association, Inc. ("Association”, “us", "we", or "our"). Association
furnishes the Service for your personal enjoyment and entertainment.
By visiting the Company Sites (whether or not you are a registered
member) or using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by
this Agreement, including any future medications ("Agreement"), and
to abide by all applicable laws, rules and regulations ("Applicable
Law"). Please read through this Agreement carefully. The Association
may modify this Agreement at any time, and each such modification
will be effective upon posting on the Association Site. All material
medications will apply prospectively only. Your continued use of the
Association Service following any modification of this Agreement
constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the
Agreement as modified. It is therefore important that you review
this Agreement regularly. If you do not agree to be bound by this
Agreement and to abide by all Applicable Law, you must discontinue
use of the Company Services immediately Your access to and use of
the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with
these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who
access or use the Service. By
accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these
Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not
access the Service. TerminationWe
may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without
prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including
without limitation if you breach the Terms. All
provisions of the Terms, which by their nature should survive
termination, shall survive termination, including, without
limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity

entire content of the Association Service is © by the USS Rich, Inc.
and may not be used reproduced in any manner with express written
permission of the Association. Other copyrighted material may
appear and is the sole property of the copyrighter.
Access
The Site is intended solely for your personal and non-commercial
use. The Association may change, suspend or discontinue the Site (or
any feature thereof) at any time. Company may also impose limits on
certain features and services offered on the Site or restrict your
access to parts or all of the Site without notice or liability. You
acknowledge that from time to time the Site may be inaccessible or
inoperable for any reason, including, without limitation: (i)
equipment malfunctions; (ii) periodic maintenance procedures or
repairs which the Association may undertake from time to time; (iii)
causes beyond the control of the Association or which are not
reasonably foreseeable by the Association.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services
that are not owned or controlled by the Association. The
Association has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for,
the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web
sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the
Association shall not be responsible or liable, directly or
indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by
or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods
or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace
these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to
provide at a least ten (10)
days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes
a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
