In the finest tradition of the
United States Navy and the USS Rich, our shipmates distinguished
themselves by opening their hearts and checkbooks to assist the
people of southwest Florida whose lives have been devastated by
Hurricane Charley.
USS Rich shipmates contributed nearly $1000 to
the cause which translated to over 900 meals served to the victims
and rescuers of the storm.
The effort continues and will do so as long as
