If you served aboard RICH during one of her Vietnam deployments you should have received a communication from the Ship's Office.

According to public records this would have been during the following periods:

March 1968 to November 1968
and/or
October 1972 to March 1973

If you have already received a communication, DO NOTHING. Further communications will be forthcoming.
