2.  OVERNIGHT LIBERTY
    All hands are authorized overnight liberty in Pearl Harbor.  However you will
be required to the ship and leave a telephone number where you can be reached
if you stay overnight.  This is necessary in the event that RICH departs unexpec-
tedly.
